Where It All Began.
The journey started when Keshar Singh Dasouni (Harish) decided to create something meaningful — a business rooted in honesty, hard work, and exceptional food. Before entering the catering industry, he had years of experience working in catering setups and travelling globally through his earlier film-industry assignments. These experiences exposed him to flavours, cultures, and professionalism that shaped his vision.
With no equipment, no team, and very limited resources, Harish began by taking up small house parties. He personally cooked every dish, carried rented utensils to each event, served guests with warmth, cleaned up afterward, and ensured every detail was perfect. His early journey involved:
- Managing entire events alone
- Working with rented tools and vessels.
- Facing financial struggles
- Handling huge workloads
- Building trust from scratch
The Change
His flavours, dedication, punctuality, and humility earned trust. Families began calling him again. Societies, ceremonies, birthdays, small functions, and corporate gatherings soon turned to him regularly. By 2007, the business expanded, systems improved, and Harish Caterers became well-known for both Veg and Non-Veg catering across Mumbai.
Over the next two decades, the brand served thousands of guests, managed events of all sizes, and built a reputation purely through consistency, passion, and hard work.

CARRYING FORWARD A PRECIOUS LEGACY
In July 2025, after dedicating 25 years to this profession, the founder passed away — leaving behind not just a business but a legacy built on discipline, commitment, and heartfelt service.
In August 2025, his son Rahul Keshar Singh Dasouni stepped in to lead the organisation with pride and responsibility. To honour his father’s work and bring renewed growth, Rahul modernised and rebranded the business from:
Harish Caterers → Harish Catering & Services.
This shift represented strength, expansion, and a new identity while preserving everything the founder stood for.
